2016-17 Tuition/Fees

 Annual registration fee  is due with registration.

New Dancer – $85 (includes school t-shirt)

Returning Dancer – $70

Returning Family (2 or more dancers) – $90/family

 

Tuition is calculated per dancer according to the following scale:

Dancers may not attend class until payment plan has been selected and registration fee and first month’s tuition installment have been received.*

Tuition may be paid in one of 3 ways:

1.  One lump sum payment (by  August 31) – 10% discount

– Choose “Year” payment plan at checkout.
– Account will show regular scale amount until Center staff enters discount amount manually;  see discounted fee on scale posted above and pay that amount online (https://app.thestudiodirector.com/saidva/portal.sd) or remit payment by check by August 31 at Dulles class or mailed to the address below.

2.  Two semester payments (at registration and January 1)- 5% discount

– Choose “Semester” payment plan at checkout.
– Account will show regular scale amount until Center staff enters discount amount manually;  see discounted fee on scale posted above and pay that amount online (https://app.thestudiodirector.com/saidva/portal.sd) or remit 2 post-dated checks (dated September 1 and February 1) to the studio address below.

3.  Ten monthly installments (At registration and 1st of each month, September – May).

– Choose “Monthly” payment plan at checkout.

– Payment may be made online (https://app.thestudiodirector.com/saidva/portal.sd) through the automatic payment plan (preferred) or remit 10 post-dated checks (dated registration date, September 1, October 1, November 1, December 1, January 1, February 1, March 1, April 1, and May 1).  Checks may be brought to the Dulles studio ONLY.  All other checks must be mailed to:

Please note: Because all payments are installments on a yearly fee, tuition payment amounts do not change regardless of holidays/breaks, weather cancellations, or variations in length of month.  Due dates/payments may or may not correspond exactly to the classes received in a given month.

One month written notice is required for withdrawal.  Please contact Denise at 703-407-6081 or saidvainfo@sairishdanceva.com to request a withdrawal form.  If written notice is not given and you stop attending class, your credit card will continue to be charged or your installment checks will continue to be cashed.  There will be no refunds of any tuition/fees.

There will be a $30.00 fee for returned checks.  There will be a $15 late fee assessed on tuition installments and miscellaneous charges (extra private/semi-private lessons, retail purchases, etc.) on account through the year not received within 5 days of their due date and on credit card payments that are declined.  Please keep credit card/payment plan options up to date on your account.
